Low-Carb Chocoberry Bliss: My Go-To Keto Smoothie Fix

You know those moments when chocolate cravings hit but you're staying true to your low-carb lifestyle? That's exactly why I created this Chocoberry Geek smoothie! After countless experiments in my kitchen (and plenty of taste-testing ), I found the sweet spot between indulgent flavor and keto-friendly macros.

I love starting my mornings with this smoothie – it gives me that chocolate fix without the sugar crash. The Designer Whey adds a rich chocolate taste while keeping the carbs super low, and the frozen berries bring that natural sweetness we all crave. Plus, the Crystal Light adds extra berry punch without any extra carbs!

Here's what makes this smoothie special in my daily rotation:

  • Only 11 net carbs per serving
  • Rich chocolate taste from premium whey protein
  • Fresh berry brightness that makes it feel like a treat
  • Quick prep when berries are pre-frozen
  • Perfectly thick and creamy texture

My top tip? I keep a big batch of Crystal Light mixed in the fridge, so I can whip this up whenever cravings strike. Some days I'll add a handful of spinach (you won't even taste it!) for extra nutrients, or swap in different berries depending on what's in season.
