  • 3 cups frozen green grapes (stems removed)

  • 1 cup baby spinach (packed well)

  • 1 granny smith apple (peeled, cored and chopped)

  • 12 ounces apple juice

Directions

  • Pour apple juice into the blender base
  • Add frozen grapes
  • Layer in chopped apple
  • Top with packed spinach
  • Blend on high for 60 seconds
  • Pulse additional 15 seconds for extra smoothness
